Logistics Tips

• Small boxes - always check local courier rates as they may be most cost effective ​

• Shipping Air and Ocean - try and have dims and weight - this will help determine the most cost effective way to ship your product. Without Dims and weight your quote may be inaccurate at time of shipping

• Domestic Freight - Unless specified/requested transit times do not include day of pick up, weekends and holidays

• Transporting Wine and Spirits within the US - Always make sure that the trucker you are using complies with the permits that are needed at time of delivery. Each state varies and is always best to use a logistics company that could assist

• Insurance - Insurance is Key if you have high value items. Airlines, Ocean and Domestic Carriers have limited insurance coverage that may not cover as well as an additional insurance premium

• POD (Proof of Delivery) - When receiving freight - before you sign for it in good condition, be sure to make sure there are no damages to the freight. By signing the POD without exceptions you are signing that it was received in good condition. Always write if you show any damage. By not doing so, it will be very difficult to file any claim of damage after.
